Thank you for shopping at Artisan Heirloom Seeds! Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final: Because we process and ship orders within 1 – 2 days, all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us before it ships; once it has shipped, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund, then all sales become final.

2. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we will gladly make it right. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@heirloomartisanseeds.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.

3. Incorrect Items: If we accidentally ship you the wrong item, please notify us immediately so we can ship the correct product to you at no additional cost.
